We highly recommend Maureen Handy for any real estate transaction. She was absolutely fabulous and working with her was truly a pleasure. Maureen was the most professional realtor we have ever worked with and there were several. During our first meeting she came prepared and gave us her honest opinion and not what we wanted to hear or a low ball number to sell the house quickly without effort. She actually did her research and had documentation to back it up. We had realtors tell us how many years of experience and certificates they had, which meant nothing. We had realtors who had high energy, looked slick and talked slick about how they were the best but proved to be unaccommodating and we felt like we worked for them instead of the other way around. We finally went with our instincts and chose Maureen and she sold our Attleboro home during the first open house. Maureen was very accommodating. She had open houses when we wanted them, and had them for the length of time that we wanted which no other realtor would do. She actually cared about what we wanted and did whatever we asked without hesitation. She even did things that she did not have to do to ensure the deal closed, including chasing for certificates and permits. Maureen is a very honest person and has impeccable characteristics. She treated us like family which was very much appreciated. The only complaint we have is that we did not use her as our first realtor and that is on us. Maureen Handy is a SPECTACULAR realtor. I used her to help me find my current residence and to sell my previous home. From the outset she spent time understanding my situation and needs and then made excellent recommendations. A few I didn’t take, and regretted it …because Maureen was right! The house sold for what she said it would, and in the circumstances she said it would. She really understands the market and the clientele. Through the whole process, Maureen kept track of all the moving parts and pieces and made sure it all was moving forward. In my situation, that was not easy! Maureen got a lot of foot traffic through my house and made sure that my place was respected. Plus she is just a delightful person. I highly recommend her.
